    Chi tea latte powder
    Fresh Blueberries
    Milk
    Vanilla Greek yogurt
    Whole raw Almonds

Directions

whole almonds, 1/2 cup milk in blender,and chi tea powder, blend till nuts are chopped, add yogurt, blue berries and 1/2 cup of milk blend till on smooth till all ingredients are blended. refrigerate for 1 hr.
