Ingredients

    3 medium fresh bananas
    I can of mandarin oranges (drained)
    3 cups of fresh stawberry halves
    1 cup of skim milk

Directions

Chill fruit for about 1 hour before preparing drink. Blend all ingredients in a blender until frothy. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
