Ingredients

    1 large onion
    2 bags of Frozen Okra (20 ounces)
    1 Large tomato
    2 Tbsps of olive oil
    2 tablespoons of Vegetable Masala Spice mix
    1/2 water

Directions

saute onions in oil. Add tomato,okra,water and spices. Cook until tender. Don't stir too much as it will get stringy.
