    1 lb. Ground Turkey
    1 lb Lean Ground Beef
    3/4 C. Bread Crumbs (Italian Style)
    1/2 C. Kirkland Egg Starts (or other egg white product)
    1/2 Bunch Cilantro (Chopped)
    1/4 C. Olive Oil
    1 T. Salt
    1/2 T. Black Pepper
    5 Cloves Garlic
    1/2 C Non Fat Milk


Dice up an onion and brown over medium with 1 T. Olive Oil.

Place Ground Turkey and Beef in a large bowl. Add Egg Starts and milk, mix with hands. Add dry ingrediants, cilantro, and onion, mix with hands.

Preheat a large skillet (Med-Low Heat) and add the rest of the Olive Oil.

Using a large spoon scoop into out a potrion and roll mixture into a ball.

Carfully place the meatballs into the skillet and brown each side of the Meatballs.

I like to drop them into a pot of spaghetti sauce and let them simmer 30 - 45 minutes. But it is also okay to cover thm in the skillet, reduce the heat and cook for an additional 5 - 8 minutes until done.

Full Circle Brand Whole Wheat Pasta is excellent and my family's favorite.
