    1 pg cubed ham
    3 cups cubed, peeled potatoes
    2 cups chicken broth
    1 small carrot
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 tablespoon parsley flakes
    salt and pepper
    3 tablespoons corn starch
    3 cups of milk 2%
    1 pg shredded sharp cheddar


In a pan cook ham. Add potatoes, broth, carrots, onion, parsley, salt and pepper in pot. cover and simmer till potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes. combine corn starch and milk until smooth. Add to soup and bring to boil. Boil and stir for 2 minutes. Add cheese, stir till melted. Enjoy. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
