    1 can chickpeas
    2 tbls oil
    1 red onion
    3 cloves garlic
    1 cup chorizo
    2 bay leaves
    1 teaspoon thyme
    2 teaspoons paprika
    1 bunch sage leaves
    1 lemon


1. Cook onion and garlic until lightly carmelized.

2. Add Chorizo, bay leaves and thyme and saute until brown

3. add chickpeas, paprika and cover. Cook for 15 minutes.

4. Add sage leaves and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
