    3 cups Cannellini Beans
    2 cups Grape Tomatoes
    1/4 slivered sweet red pepper
    1/4 c sliver red onion
    2 tbs EVOO


Top with good balsamic vinegar.


Mix ingredient in a baking pan.
Cover with foil
Bake at 350F for 20 mins.
Remove foil and bake additional 20 mins until tomatoes melt into the beans
