Ingredients
-
1 cup Almond Milk
1 tbsp PB2 chocolate powder
1 tsp Cocoa powder
1/2 tsp coffee flavoring
2 tbsp Pudding Mix
2 tbsp Cool whip Free
2-3 packets zero calorie sweetener
1 1/4 cup ice
1 small spatula
Directions
Pour all dry ingredients into blender pitcher, adding the milk and cool whip last (this will decrease clumping)
Cover and hit "blend" on your blender, mixing until smooth. Next, add in the ice slowly, re-cover and hit "Grate". Blend until smooth. Turn off blender, remover cover and using a spatula, carefully scrape "shake" into a large glass (20 oz or more). This is one of those treats where you will want every last drop, so be sure to scrape out the mixture caught near the blades. Once your glass is full, you can use a thick, wide set straw to enjoy your shake, or use a spoon. Enjoy!
Serving Size: makes 1 15-20 oz shake
