Ingredients

3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 large zucchini, cubed
1 large zucchini, cubed
1/2 C low sodium chicken broth
1 jar marinara sauce
1 can navy beans, drained
2 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
1 Tbsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste
Tips
Serve over whole wheat pasta.
Directions
Saute onions and garlic. Season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-5 minutes. Add oregano, red pepper flakes, and rosemary. Add the zucchini and squash, and saute for 5 minutes. Add the chicken broth and let some of the liquid cook out. Add the marinara sauce and beans, and simmer for a few minutes.
