Ingredients

    2 cans green beans, drained
    1 cup raw cabbage, chopped
    1 small summer squash, chopped
    1/2 medium onion, diced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 package brown gravy mix
    1 cup 2% milk
    5 cups frozen shredded potatoes
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Brown ground beef along with onions and squash, drain. In 9x12 glass baking dish, layer green beans, then cabbage, then meat mixture. Whisk together soup, gravy mix and milk, pour over layered ingredients. Layer potatoes evenly on top. Cover with foil, bake at 375 degrees for 40 min. Uncover, top with cheese, and broil on high for 5-10 min. until cheese and potatoes are browned.
