Ingredients

    1 cup steel-cut oats
    3 oz dried mango

Directions

Cut mango into small pieces (mine was quite dry, and I found it easier to cut with kitchen shears than with a knife). Put mango and oats into rice cooker; add 3 cups water and cook.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings.
