    a head of cauliflower cut into florets (about 4 cups)
    1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning for dip or dressing ( I used about 6 tsp)
    2 tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 cup bread crumbs seasoned


Preheat oven to 350. Place cauliflower florets in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Add bread crumbs and ranch seasoning and stir to coat. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray and spread out florets evenly across sheet. Cook at 350 for about 30 minutes. Half way through cook time be sure to stir cauliflower so it cooks evenly.

Serving Size: about 6 ( 3/4 cup) servings
