Ingredients

    2 cans (6oz) tuna in water, drained, flaked.
    1 package (6oz) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken.
    1 cup Kraft shredded mild cheddar cheese.
    1/2 cup shredded carrots
    1/3 cup Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise.
    2 Tbsp. Claussen Sweet Pickle Relish.
    3/4 cup water

Directions

Round up all ingredients ahead of time. using Stove Top Stuffing in this recipe gives it a perfectly seasoned taste.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, cover the bowl and refrigerate it for 10 minutes.
Heat a large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Scoop tuna mixture, using 1/3 cup for each cake, into a skillet in batches. Try using an ice cream scoop to make evenly portioned cakes.
Gently flatten cakes using a spatula.
Cook 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Makes 6 servings, 2 cakes each.
