    8 oz Fat-free feta
    6 oz Reduced-fat feta
    3 oz walnuts
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1 clove garlic
    about 1/2 cup 1% milk


Put the walnuts in a microwave safe bowl and heat on high for 3 minutes in microwave (alternatively, toast in the oven).

In the bowl of a food processor, place the toasted walnuts, feta cheeses, lemon juice, cumin and garlic. Turn on food processor and slowly add milk until you like the consistency of the dip. (You can use skim or 2 % milk although it will change the calories slightly.)

One serving is about 1/4 cup. Serve with crackers, baked tortilla chips or sliced vegetables.

As an option, you can add on of these: roasted red bell peppers, kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes, or cayenne pepper to make it spicy.
