    1 Crown of broccoli chopped
    1 small onion chopped
    10 oz of Velvetta cheese
    4 cups chicken broth
    4 Tbs butter
    3 Tbs flour
    2 cups of skim milk
    Season Salt/Garlic Powder/Pepper to taste


Wash and chop broccoli. In large pot, melt margarine over medium heat.
Add flour to melted margaring and stir with a wooden spoon into a paste. Add chicken broth & stir with a wire wisk until flour mixture is disolved. Add broccoli and chopped onion. Add milk as soup thickens. When right consistency add velveeta cheese cut into small pieces.
Servings are 1 cup servings.
