Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 Lb. 85% lean ground beef (The 15% fat makes these moist)
    1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive oil
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce

Tips

Never flatten burgers with a spatula; Leaving patties in refrigerator enhances flavors; Never salt until putting on grill, as salt will leach out the juiciness; a thumbprint in middle of each patty keeps them from swelling in the middle; and, everyone likes their burgers differently, so a meat thermometer is probably your best bet (remember, these are small burger patties so they'll cook fast).


Directions

1. Lightly mix ground beef
2. Form into 8 equal-sized patties
3. Refrigerate at least 1 hour (several is better)
4. Salt & pepper patties to taste (right before grilling)
5. Grill until char-grilled on outside & juicy inside
