Introduction

This is a modified recipe from my grandmother. She always used Longhorn Colby cheese, evaporated milk, and real butter. This is a modified recipe from my grandmother. She always used Longhorn Colby cheese, evaporated milk, and real butter.

Ingredients

    Cook elbow macaroni to just before aldente.
    coat 8 x 13 glass pan with Country Crock Spread
    layer half the macaroni in bottom.
    sprinkle 1/4 tbsp granulated garlic or garlic powder over macaroni.
    layer 1/2 cheese over macaroni
    place 1/1 tsp C.Crock in each corner and in middle.
    Then repeat.
    Pull mixture away from side, pour milk into pan until you can just see it on bottom of pan.

    Enjoy!

Tips

We like our cheese crispy on the edges.


Directions

Place in 375 degree oven until cheese melted and golden brown.
