    1/2 cup Heart Smart Bisquick
    1 Egg white
    1/3 cup Milk, 1%
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 cup sliced Banana, fresh
    1 tablespoon chopped Walnuts


Preheat skillet on med to med-low. Mix all ingredients together and drop onto greased preheated skillet. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until bottom is golden. Flip and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Serves 1. Makes 4 pancakes.
