Introduction

Ingredients

    6 oz of beef ( I used left-over pot roast), seasoned
    1 package of Sam's Club Nantucket Blend vegetables (or any vegetables)
    10 Brussel Sprouts (optional)
    1/2 cup sour cream (light)
    2 TBSP Penzey's Buttermilk Ranch Dressing mix
    Gluten Free Pasta (Ronzoni)
    1/4 cup Dry White Wine (optional)

Tips

Dry white wine would give this good flavor as well.


Directions

I used left over beef roast, warmed on the stove, added the vegetables until warm, mixed in the sauce (sour cream and ranch mix) and then tossed in the pasta.

Serving Size: Makes 4-6 servings of 1-2 cups
