Introduction

Ingredients

    1.5 cups cornmeal of choice (I use buttermilk)
    1 cup 1% milk
    0.5 cups chicken broth
    1 tbsp low fat mayo
    3 tbsp country crock margarine

Directions

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Pour into lightly greased, HOT cast iron pan. Cook for 45 minutes at 400 or until brown. Take out, let cool, enjoy!!
