I call this a "purple" smoothie because I used purple sweet potatoes which I found in Beijing. The texture is drier than the usual orange sweet potato, but the flavor is the same. Ingredients

    4 large peaches, peeled and sliced
    1 cup cubed sweet potatoes (purple if you can find them)
    3/4 cup plain yogurt
    1 T honey
    1tsp vanilla

Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until there is movement in the blender. Then blend until smooth; approximately 2 min. Enjoy!
