    6 cups uncooked old fashioned oats
    1 cup sliced almonds
    1 cup sunflower seeds
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 cup coconut oil
    1 cup honey
    1/4 cup ground flax seed
    2 tsp vanilla extract


Heat oven to 275 degrees. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into large pan or roaster. Heat honey, coconut oil and vanilla over low heat until runny. Pour over dry ingredients and mix well. Bake uncovered for 1 hour 15 minutes total.After 30 minutes, stir, then each 15 minutes thereafter. For extra crunchy granola, turn oven off, then leave granola in the oven until it is cool. When finished, you can add any desired dried fruit.
