Ingredients

    Salad:
    1 pkg of bagged coleslaw
    3 scallions, chopped
    1 cup sunflower seeds
    3 pkgs. uncooked Ramen Noodles

    Dressing:
    1 cup oil
    1/3 cup white vinegar
    1/4 cup sugar

Tips

If you like crunch in your salad, serve right away or sprinkle the uncooked Ramen over the salad as desired.


Directions

Mix coleslaw, scallions sunflower seeds together.
Crush Ramen noodless into small pieces with a rolling pin. Add Ramen noodles to salad mix (not the Ramen spice)
Mix together the oil, vinegar and sugar in a separate bowl.
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix thoroughly.
Refrigerate for a couple of hours, then serve.
