Ingredients

    1 large bunch kale
    1 tsp sesame oil, or other cooking oil
    2 tbsp sesame seeds
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    3 tbsp grated parmesan
    1 large red onion
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

This is good served as a side dish or as a topping on your favourite grain. Good with quinoa and brown rice.


Directions

Heat up wok. Add cooking oil. Add garlic and onion. Sauté until soft. Add kale. Sauté until tender. Before serving add sesame seeds and parmesan.
