Introduction

Ingredients

    - shirataki spaghetti noodle substitute (calorie free!!): about 1/2 bag.
    - boiled baby spinach: 1-2 cups
    - 6 grape tomatoes
    - roasted red peppers in the jar: 1oz
    - roasted deli turkey: 3oz
    - garlic powder: 1 tsp
    - olive oil: 1 tsp
    - black pepper to taste
    - crushed red pepper: 1/2 tsp
    - parmesan cheese to taste

Tips

- you can absolutely use regular pasta with this, you'd just have to adjust the recipe accordingly.
- this is only one serving, but you can make for as many as you would like but you have to adjust the recipe.


Directions

-boil spinach for about 2 minutes and set to cool
- chop up tomatoes, spinach, and roasted red pepper and set aside in a dish together
-open package of noodles, drain, rinse very well, pat dry with paper towels
-in a frying pan, pour in olive oil, spread around and heat
- place half bag of noodles in a microwave safe dish and put in microwave for 1 minute
- add in turkey. and after 1 minute, throw in the rest of the veggies
-throw in black pepper, garlic, and crushed red pepper and sautee together for about 3-5 minutes (you can add extra olive oil too if you'd like)
-serve noodles on plate and top with the vegetable and turkey mixture
- add parmesan to taste if desired
