    1 lb ground beef, 85/15
    Taco seasoning
    1/2 C chopped onion
    2 garlic cloves, chopped
    1 C black beans
    Romaine lettuce, shredded
    Tomato, chopped
    Sour cream (for topping)
    Cheddar cheese (for topping)


Brown beef with onion, garlic, and taco seasoning. Before beef is cooked fully through, add beans and cover pan for a few minutes to warm beans through. Layer the beef mixture on shredded lettuce and tomato, and top with sour cream and cheese
