    Spinach, frozen, 1.5 cup
    Chicken Broth (fat free), 3 cups
    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
    Flour, white, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash


In a saucepan, at medium heat, melt the butter, and mix in the flour. Add slowly the broth while you keep mixing all together. Add the spinach (even if it's still frozen), and let it cook until broil. season with black pepper (and other spices if you wish).

carefully put half of the soup in the blender, until creamy, the same with the other half. (If the blender is too full, you risk burning your hand and creating a mess in your kitchen, been there!)

you can serve it with just a little bit of cream or cheese (it will melt).
