    *Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 3 cup
    Salt, 0.5 tsp
    Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp
    *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
    *1C hot water


Mix flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl. Add oil and mix. The dough will be like pie crust. Slowely add 1 C hot water. knead the dough. separate the dough into 25 balls. roll out into tortillas. Cook on burner over medium heat.

serving = 1 tortilla
