    2 cups corn meal
    2 cups flour
    8 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    2 cups almond milk
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 cups corn
    3 tbs earth balance buttery spread


Mix all ingredients together.
Spoon into greased muffin tins.
Cook at 425-degrees for 25-30min.
Let cool.
