    “Nighttime Anabolic Surge
    (Metabolic Accelerator)
    1cup Chobani Greek Yogurt
    0.25cups diced cantaloupe
    0.25 cups honey dew melon
    1 tbsp of organic extra virgin coconut oil
    1 ˝ cups cold water
    1 tsp stevia (to taste)
    4-5 ice cubes
    Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.  Then simply enjoy your smoothie.
