Ingredients

    whole onion chopped
    2 cups cauliflower sauted in
    1 tbs olive oil
    2 cups hy vee brand frozen fiesta vegetables
    1 can whole tomatoes
    1 can diced tomatoes with spices
    2 cups chopped roasted chicken breast
    raw spinach
    napa cabbage
    4 cups water

Directions

Roast chicken breast in the oven cut into small pieces
put chicken in water and allow to boil
add canned tomatoes
add frozen fiesta vegetables
saute cauliflower in oil
add cauliflower to soup
cook for 10 minutes
