Ingredients

    Quinoa - 2 Cups Cooked
    Low Sodium Black Beans - 15.5 Oz.
    Yellow Onion - 1 Cup Diced
    Olive Oil - 1 Tbsp.
    Homemade Taco Seasoning - 1 Tbsp.

Directions

Saute onion in olive oil. Once onions are soft, add quinoa, drained black beans & taco seasoning. Cook until heated through.
