Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Lb. bag of frozed Spring Mix vegetables
    2 Tbls. garlic powder
    2 cloves garlic minced
    6 Tsp. Mrs. Dash original Blend.
    24 Tsp. (1/2 C.) margarine-Country Crock regular

Tips

I sometimes add chopped onion which is great to but if you add chopped onion it will undoubtedly alter the overall nutritional content.
To lower the fat, sodium and valorie content use less margarine or a margarine alternative. Pam is great and wont add the calories!


Directions

Finly chop (mince) the garlic, once minced or chopped finly add to skillet and add the 1/2 C. margatine. Set Temp to medium heat and allow the garlic to saute in the skillet about two minuets. Add vegetables, garlic powder and Mrs. Dash. Turn heat to high but do not leave the veggies! Gently stir vegetables and spices until sizzeling hot. Place Lid on Skillet and remove from heat. Turn off the birner!
**You want the veggies to be al-dente (Still slightly crunchy)
