    Lean ground beef 7% fat
    1/4 cup of Mc'Cann's steel cut oats
    chopped finely onions
    chopped finely sweet yellow pepper
    1 egg
    Tomato Sauce


1. Pre heat oven to 400 degrees
2. Mix all items together except for tomato sauce
3. Form a thick roll in a baking pan or dish
4. pour 1/2 cup of tomato sauce over roll
5. Bake for 1 hour with aluminum over pan
6. Remove foil, pour off sauce and add remaining
sauce and bake for 10 minutes more
