    1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 pre-cut Kroger stir fry veggies
    1/4 cup Kikkoman's low sodium teriyaki sauce
    1 tbsp. peanut frying oil


Heat oil in wok med-high
stir-fry chicken 5 min or until done
add veggie mix and sauce
Stir fry until tender

While you are preparing stir fry, fix quinoa as directed.
