Introduction

A little bit of a sweeter version of Rebootwithjoe's Un-Beet-Able juice. A few more calories, but also more protein and fiber. A little bit of a sweeter version of Rebootwithjoe's Un-Beet-Able juice. A few more calories, but also more protein and fiber.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 beet (root and leaves)
    4 carrots
    1 apple
1/2 bundle kale (approx. 10 leaves)
    1 in. ginger root
    2 cups frozen pineapple chunks

Directions

Peel the beetroot and the ginger. Juice everything according to your juicer. Blend the pineapple with a little bit of water and then add the juice, blending until smooth. You could use fresh pineapple and juice it, I'm sure, but using the frozen chunks cools the juice and adds more sweetness. If you're like me, you're going to need the sweetness.

Serving Size: Makes about 24 oz, depending on your juicer

Number of Servings: 2
