Delicious, fast, a good source of protein. A complete meal. Delicious, fast, a good source of protein. A complete meal.
Number of Servings: 8

2 packages of Knorr's Butter Flavor Pasta Sides
    2 Cans condensed mushroom soup
1 Mushroom soup can of 1% milk
1/2 of a 16 oz bag of frozen peas
2 cans light chunk tuna in water, drained
    1 cup crushed saltine crackers

Open cans of tuna and soup and mix with peas and milk while pasta is cooking. Add pasta, mix in and top with crackers. Drained canned peas will work, as well.

Cook Pasta sides per package instructions, minus the butter and don't let stand. Immediately put cooked pasta into a 3 quart microwave casserole dish and mix in tuna, condensed soup, milk and peas. Top with saltines and cook in microwave on high for 10 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes. Serve hot.
