    * chicken breast, skinless, uncooked, 12 oz (remove)
    *Contadina Crushed Tomatoe - 1 Can (13 Servings), 2 serving (remove)
    *Masterfoods Ginger freshly grated jar (5g per serve) AUS, 5 gram(s) (remove)
    Garlic, 3 clove (remove)
    Water, tap, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Coconut Milk (Silk), 1 cup (remove)
    *Kosher Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Cumin seed, 0.5 tsp (remove)
    Curry powder, 0.5 tsp (remove)


- cut chicken breast in bite size pieces
- marinade with half of grated ginger, crushed garlic, lemon juice, salt and paprika
- heat oil in heavy pan, add cumin seeds, brwon chopped onions with garlic ginger paste
- add all spices, and chicken
- cook chicken uncovered for 10mts
- add crushed tomoatoes, water, cover and cook for another 20 mts on low heat
- stir occassionlly
- once cooked add cocunt milk, cook for another 5ts\
- serve either with rice or naan bread.
