Ingredients

    Healthy Ones Polska Kielbasa, 1/2 package
    Mushrooms slices, fresh, 2 cup
    Asparagus, fresh, 10 spear, medium
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Scallions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Organic Low-Sodium Vegetable Broth, .5 cup
    White Wine, 2 fl oz
    Healthy Harvest Pasta, Rotini, 1/2 box
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Slice asparagus into 1 inch pieces. Place on baking sheet and put into oven for 30 minutes.

Boil water for pasta, cook as directed, then drain.

In the meantime, slice kielbasa into 1/2 inch pieces. Chop scallions and garlic.

Once pasta is done, put oil in saute pan, mix it with the garlic, scallions, mushrooms and kielbasa. Add asparagus. Saute for 2 minutes, or until mushrooms are soft.

Add broth and wine. Simmer for another 2 minutes. Serve.
