Ingredients

    1 # ground turkey breast
    3/4 tsp ground coriander
    1/2 tsp Morton Lite salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1 clove garlic minced fine

Tips

Original:
1 # ground turkey breast
3/4 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 clove garlic minced fine

I want to try No Salt instead of Morton Lite

Can be frozen either raw or cooked for later use.
This also good, cooked and crumbled up.


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and form into 8 patties.
Refrigerate.
Spray skillet with a little veg oil spray and fry for about 12 minutes.

Serving Size: 8 patties
