    5 Potatoes
    1/2 head of Cauliflower
    1/2 head of Broccoli
    3 tbs.Butter
    1/2 cup Skim Milk
    1/4 cup Reduced Fat Sour Cream
    Salt and Pepper to taste


Boil two pots of water. Add the potatoes to one and the broccoli and cauliflower to the other. Cook until tender. Drain and put together, add the sour cream, milk and butter. Smash until at the preferred consistancy. Add salt and pepper to taste and dress with chopped chives on top.
