    1/2 cup Almond Butter, Fresh Ground
    2 large Eggs, fresh, whole, raw,
    2 Tbsp. Wallaby Organic Greek Whole Milk Yogurt
    1/2 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract
    2 Tbsp. butter (or coconut oil) for cooking


Should make 12; I got 10 plus a very small one and lots stuck in whisk and to bowl that didn't want to come off! Thus Nutritional info is calculated for 11 little pancakes
Top with butter and serve with bacon.


Mix together almond butter, eggs, yogurt, and vanilla. Whisk (or use immersion blender) to combine thoroughly.
Preheat skillet. Add butter or coconut oil to lightly grease skillet. Dip batter by 2 Tbsp. measure (coffee scoop) onto hot skillet; cook until both sides are lightly golden brown.

Serving Size:1 pancake - made 11.
