Introduction

looks just like Skittles - but way healthier! looks just like Skittles - but way healthier!

Ingredients

    1 pint strawberries, washed and cut in halves
    6 oz. blackberries, washed
    3 kiwifruits, peeled and sliced thinly
    1 12-oz. can unsweetened mandarin oranges in juice

Tips

use a glass or ceramic bowl - metal reacts with the fruits and plastic carries food scents!


Directions

mix berries and kiwifruits in large bowl. pour off mandarin orange juice into a cup and add oranges to fruits. stir together. add enough juice to coat, about 1/3 cup. cover bowl and let stand in fridge at least 1 hour to chill.
