Introduction
This is a great vegan breakfast drink. I use it for breakfast when on a cleanse because it boosts my protein intake during a time when I'm not eating meat. I also use this as an intense nutrient boost when I get hungry during a cleanse. This is a great vegan breakfast drink. Ingredients
-
1 Bottle Kombucha - (I like GT's Gingerade, but any Kombucha will do.)
2 TBSPs Dr. Schulze's Superfood
1 Scoop Garden of Life Raw Vegan Protein Powder (this consists of sprouted seeds, nuts, legumes, grains and vegetables).
Tips
Kombucha is fizzy and will overflow if not handled carefully. Be sure your jar is large enough to handle the expansion without overflowing or even exploding.
Directions
Pour half of the Kombucha into a shaker jar.
When is stops fizzing, dump in the Superfood and the Protein Powder.
Put a lid on and shake vigorously until all powder is dissolved.
Remove lid and slowly pour in the rest of the Kombucha.
Drink up!
