Ingredients
Canola Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
Whole Wheat Flour, 1.25 cup (remove)
Milk, 1%, .5 cup (remove)
1/2 cup Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips,
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
Salt, 1/4 tsp (remove)
Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 1/4 cup (remove)
Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1/3cup (remove)
Zucchini, 1 cup, mashed about a medium or half a large
Honey, 1/3 cup (remove)
Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large (remove)
Egg white, large, 1 serving (remove)
Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions
Preheat oven to 350F
Put muffin liners into muffin tin
Shredd Zucchini, and press out excess water with paper towel (important!)
Combine dry ingredients, set aside.
Combine wet ingredients, Zucchini last when everything is mixed well.
Add wet slowly to dry ingredients until mixed well, don't over mix
Gently fold chocolate chips into the batter.
Equally fill into muffin tins.
Bake for 22-25 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool in muffin pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to rack to cool completely.
Serving Size: Makes 12 muffins
