Introduction
I have made a seafood pasta for years but, although very tasty, it was not very healthy. This is also very good but much better for you. This can be adjusted to your taste. If you don't like something leave it out. I have made a seafood pasta for years but, although very tasty, it was not very healthy. This is also very good but much better for you. 3/4 c. mushrooms, chopped
1/2 c. carrots, shredded

Tips
If you are using green onions. Keep some of the tops and sprinkle over the top when you serve your meal.
Directions
Chop all the vegetables. In a saute pan, on medium low heat add olive oil. Add mushrooms, carrots, cabbage, and onion to the pan. Stirring from time to time until vegetables are tender.
While this is cooking boil pasta as directed on package. I like to use angel hair but any shape will work.
