    2C Almond Meal (ground almonds)
    1C Smart Balance Buttery Spread, melted
    1C Splenda
    1TSP Vanilla Extract
    1TSP Almond Extract


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F).
2. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
3. Using a tablespoon, measure out balls of dough and place 1 inch apart on a cookie sheet lines with parchment. Flatten balls slightly with a fork, glass bottom, or your hand.
4. Bake on middle rack for 18 minutes, or until set and lightly browned around the edges. Let cool on cookie sheet for about 5 minutes before moving to cooling rack.

Makes roughly 2.5 dozen cookies.
