    ##Bacon - Oscar Mayer Center Cut 3 slices, 1.3 serving (remove)
    ##*Hillshire Farm Turkey Kilbasa, 4 oz (remove)
    ##*Banana Pepper - 1 Large 5" Long, 1 serving (remove)
    ##*Potato, raw, 1 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) (remove)
    ##Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 0.2 cup (remove)
    ##Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large (remove)
    ##Butter, salted, 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) (remove)
    ##Cheddar Cheese, 1 oz (remove)


May be easily doubled.


Dice bacon and cook until crisp. Remove and set aside. Dice potato and cook in bacon grease until crispy. Add to bacon. Dice onion, pepper and sausage. Cook until onion and pepper are soft and sausage begins to brown. Add bacon and potato back to the skillet. Push hash aside to form holes. Put 1/2 pat butter in each hole. Put one egg in each hole. Cook until eggs are done to your preference. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and serve.
