Introduction

I've made The Pioneer Woman's Simple Chili a ton! I have modified just a bit. I've made The Pioneer Woman's Simple Chili a ton! I have modified just a bit.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef, cooked and drained
    1 lb ground pork, cookd and drained
    2 cloves garlic
    chili powder
    ground cumin
    cayenne pepper
    salt
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can pinto beans

Directions

Brown both of the meats with the garlic. Drain excess fat. Add the spices (I didn't list the measurements, make it to your liking) and the sauce, stir and simmer for 1 hour; adding water as you need to keep from drying out.

Serving Size: makes 8 servings
