Introduction

I can eat this by the pound...good and quick for a fast side dish. I can eat this by the pound...good and quick for a fast side dish.

Ingredients

    Spinach, fresh, 2 cup (or more if desired)
    Crisco Non-Stick Butter Spray 2, 1 sec. sprays
    Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice, 2 tsp or juice from half of a real lemon.

Directions

1. spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray
2. heat to med-high
3. add spinach & drizzle with lemon juice
4. mix over heat until spinach is wilted.
5. Turn off heat & eat!
